Mini Cooper Catalytic Converter / Downpipe Refubish Service to restore flow through your Cat.  This is a 'service' that refurbishes YOUR downpipe and requires that you remove the downpipe from your car and send it in for this service.  This is critical when installing a new Turbo!

For the following models:

2014-2022 F56 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop
2015-2022 F55 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Hardtop 4-Door
2016-2022 F57 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible
2016-2022 F54 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Clubman
2017-2022 F60 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Countryman

Excessive exhaust backpressure will kill any turbo.  Years of buildup in the catalytic converter increases the exhaust backpressure. Backpressure causes undue stress on the turbine  which in turn stresses the seal and circlip. Over time, these items will wear causing oil leaks and excessive shaft movement, either of which will eventually cause turbo failure.

In order to eliminate this problem, this Catalytic Converter Refurbishment Service will restore flow through your cat back to original OEM specs.  The proprietary process restores flow without degrading the cat, remove crucial heavy metals, or damage the core.  This is not an acid flush or chemical baste process.

Simply ship your downpipe and the service will take 2 to 3 days before your downpipe is shipped back to you.

Once we receive your order, we will provide you with instructions and address for shipment.

NOTE:  This service is recommended for any new turbo installation.

This is a REFURBISH SERVICE for your Catalytic Converter / Downpipe .  It is NOT a Replacement Part.
  • Once you place your order for this service,  we will send you instructions on where to send your Catalytic Converter  to be Refurbished.
