The Morris Door glass slides within a felt channel as it is wound up and down in the door. The channel not only makes for a smooth operation while protecting the glass from the hard metal, it keeps the wind and the rain out of the car! The Minors over the years have had two different types of channel. Both types are a flat material that is folded as it is put into the metal door to form the channel. The early cars have a simple flat real felt piece (EXC140/in) and the later cars have a rubber backed flocked felt piece (EXC104/in). These are interchangable and thus it is a matter of taste and cost to determine your needs. 77 inches of felt material are required per door.
