+1 to what Ken recommends - get it to a shop and get it fixed. When driving in a straight, smooth line, there is very little stress on the components he lists. However, hit a bump and they suddenly get shock loads and could snap at any time. I had a (non MIni/MINI) ball joint snap while making a gentle city turn and hit a 1/2" high abandoned streetcar rail showing through the pavement. What saved me from damage or injury was that I was going maybe 5 mph or less. That car was only 3-4 years old and made no indication of an issue. Get it checked!

The car drives fine and I don't hear any noises when driving on a straight non-bumpy road(Hard to come by around here).

Yes, you should have it looked at soon. Not sure if it is a ball joint loose/worn somewhere, or maybe the steering rack? Does the steering wheel have much play?
Lower control arm bushing or maybe the upper strut mount?
It could be any number of things but I recommend you have it looked at by a MINI service department or a shop familiar with MINIs or BMWs.

When I go over bumps the passenger side clunks pretty bad. I push on the car from each side on the front and it is not bouncy.
I noticed a while back some clunking sound when turning my steering wheel from side to side.
Steering wheel play
I lifted each side of the front tires and found some play. I only hear the clunks from the passenger side, but the driver side also has some play.

I have a 2008 MCS with 72K miles.
Should I be worried? Can I continue driving it like this?

What could this be?
