Tinkered with the clutch adjustment and the manual choke cable yesterday.  Picked up the GPS nav from my motor home and went out for a test. First of all you can feel the difference when you pull out from a stop.  I can sometimes drive thru town in 3rd gear.  Took it out on the highway and I'm getting 500 rpm less for the same speed I had with the 3.44:1 final drive.  So 60 mph which used to be 3900 is now 3400 rpm.  I like it.

Well my Mini is finally back home.  Got the 3.1 final drive, heavy duty differential, light weight flywheel and clutch and all gaskets and seals to prevent leaks.

Only had a chance to drive it around the block before loading onto my trailer and heading home before the rain comes.  Feels like the light weight flywheel/clutch will nicely compensate for the longer final drive.  We'll have three days of rain before I can do a test run up behind my house.

Thanks to Jet Motors for all their work and all the little things they found that only an expert would notice.
