Curious - does this happen more on cold mornings vs hot days?

seems like we are having similar issues , I cant seem to get the air out of the system though and my car runs n shifts fine if i start it in gear it just wont go in gear when the car is on weird 

Glad to hear the pressure bleeder worked. Let us know what you find when you remove the transmission....

thanks kenatminimania bought a sealey pressure bleader and bled brake and clutch now have fluid all round onward and upward will now have to replace clutch.

The only thing I can suggest is to try using a pressure bleeder to force fluid thru from the brake fluid reservoir to the clutch hydraulic system. If you still have no fluid at the clutch master / slave, then there must be an obstruction in the connection from the brake fluid reservoir to the clutch master....

yes i fully agree kenetminimania but have no fluid at master or slave withfluid in res held by vacume from brakes?

The instructions for the R56 that I have says to remove the slave and bleed with the slave fully compressed, and bleed again uncompressed with the slave back in place.

Use standard bleed procedure:

1. apply pressure on pedal
2. open valve at slave
3. allow fluid and air to bleed out
4. close valve at slave before the pedal bottoms out
5. release pressure on pedal

no because i read this artical on the pelican parts site which states    R56 does not need to be depressed? 

When you bleed the clutch slave cylinder, it needs to be in a fully compressed position with a special tool like this. Did you do this?

remove the res cap.

i have replaced slave and master cylender on 07 min coop d but can not get fluid to flow when trying to blead clutch as fluid seems under pressure at reservoir and will not flow down black pipe to master cylender (no kinks or blockages) any help or sugestions please?     dragabed
