Thank you for your posts! I saw the Lego commercial and enjoyed the Lego history lesson. No wonder, the kids loved their Lego, I just didn't like stepping on the pieces barefoot lol
Since I've just become a new minimaniac, I've seen just a few other minis on the road. No one has waved back yet lol

62...
Thanks for the Lotus identification. I wasn't sure if it was a real car, considering there was a rabbit driving AND it started to fly. The version I saw on YouTube was much shorter.

The flying Morgan is actually a Lotus Super 7, or a replica of one. Lots of cool cars in that video. Pretty weird though.

Speaking of Legos and classic Minis...
https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/mini-cooper-10242
The set has 1,077 pieces.
Lego has officially "Retired" the model. (# 10242)
So, last year the retail price was about $100. Now, prices on eBay and Amazon are shooting up...
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=LEGO+10242
Even "used" ones are on eBay.

I will admit, that commercial was weird.

The other day while perusing YouTube videos, a pre-video ad for Lego had 2 or 3 spit-second views of a parked blue and white classic Mini. It being a YouTube ad, I could not pause it or back it up. But if you see an ad beginning with a man carrying a huge plastic bow and arrow and hunting a small white rabbit, keep watching. eventually the rabbit escapes with a flying Morgan.
(Yes I was sober and no, I have never bought or owned Lego.)
