chuck the  MOKE name was sold off some years ago.. I know the guy who bought it. and he is now in court fight this week in Monaco.. over it..  will update.. later bc

How can the production still be moving around? China, now France? Can anyone just up and produce a Moke, or is there money changing hands for the name?

big al.. FOR YOUR EYES ONLY.  I know for a fact that some new mokes are being made in FRANCE as I type today.. in both e moke and Petrol..  really good quality..  I hope to have demo later this year.. later bc

Well, once the Ozzie’s got their hands on the mokes in 1969, production really took off until, the powers at be in Leyland stupidly decided to move production to Portugal in or around 1981 to keep an empty  Portuguese plant operating
