If the flywheel / clutch from your 2010 is in good shape, you should be able to bolt it right up. If your clutch is marginal, this is a great time for a clutch job!

I have a 2010 (06 / 2010) Clubman base with no compression, so I am looking at swapping the engine. I have a manual tranny, and I found an engine from a 2009 Clubman base which is an automatic transmission. Can I use that engine for the swap...will everything bolt up? I was not sure what I may need to swap or add (pressure plate / flywheel / ECU)?
