Don't think so, the verto is spaced differently and uses metric bolts afaik.

I'll have a look at the inner wing again in the morning and see if jacking the engine will give me enough space.

Anyone know if the old style flywheel puller will pull this setup on the verto clutch?

mike.. good chatting with you today.. I would just cut 3 inch hole in the inner wing..  but you customer MIGHT not like this..   let me ask henry..  my  moke god,  how to do without with dropping the engine manana..later bc

Clutch job + Flywheel job in car is completely doable.  I have done SAME job on a Aus Moke...   you basically will need to unbolt the bottom motor mount on that side of the subframe  for the clutch cover to come loose anyhow.
 
TO gain clearance Jack that 'side' of the engine a few inches and it will be enough clearance for all to be done. Might also need to undo the upper engine steady to let it come up some more. 

Might be a verto clutch in there? all depending and build of the car.

I've got a Californian model moke that has a very low release point on the clutch. I've bled it and it came up a tiny bit. Next step was to order the arm and plunger and just swap them. 

The plunger threaded end is about 1/8" from the inner wing. I'm thinking I won't have enough room to remove the clutch cover without dropping the engine.

Anyone had experience doing this?  I had thought I'd replace the clutch disc in the car as I've done on minis, but here there seems to be no clearance.  

Of course If i have to drop the subframe, I'll do a clutch disc and throw out bearing too.
