Rumour has it that orange and grey diaphragms are no more. As AP are no longer making them.
Borg and Beck make a Cooper S (approx) spec one, strongest that's now available.

My 1098 from OZ had a Blue spring but that may have been installed later in its life. Now have 2 USED Blue springs on the shelf.
Putting NEW Orange spring & Orange plate in behind the 1185 build.
Used a Standard plate behind the 1380...needed an up rated item. Started to slip after the first long trips with the trailer.

Will someone refresh my memory about the color coding on clutch diaphragm springs? Found a Borg & Beck clutch kit while doing a little inventory of the shelves but no paint splash on the spring. Are the springs all the same strength now from 850s to 1380s?
