Usually that symptom is a bad throughout bearing, but most squeal or rumble

Sorry, my only experience with a repetitive putting sound is when playing goofy golf, can’t see how that sound could come from a clutch.

First topic here. Glad to be a part of the mini community. Had a question about my 2003 mini cooper S when the clutch is released to fast it gets a repetitive putting sound and was wondering if anyone here might know what that is or knows of another thread where this question may have been asked before.
