Passed it on to another person who herself passed it on to yet another person, still unbuilt.

It isn't as simple as just bolting on the bits from your steel-shelled mini. Lots of finish work required. And boy is it thick.

In the end, you'll have a mini that will resist rust. But the amount of fab work required may be equal to what it would take to weld up your steel shell.
