Jonathan, that twini Moke was spruce green.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

Yes
Please take the cap locks off.
In the Mini Meet East thread there are pictures of a twinnie  mini.
Beautiful restoration.
It will give you an idea of the green used.

I stand corrected  (actually I'm sitting).
It was a twinnie Moke not mini like you asked about.
This green might be different.

I LOVE my original Almond Green/OE paint. I was able to park next to another 67 mini painted the factory Almond Green color, but his is concourse perfect. I really like it. So uncommon among the silver, black, gold and other normal colors.

I know MOWOG has the mixture, he did a special run for me from an untouched area on my rear suspension covers. I used it on a bad spot in my engine bay and it matched very well.

Wow! Now i can read without my glasses on!! Amazing!!

now about the topic, to tell you frankly nobody paints their mini almond green or even algae green, the color is so purist. And i dunno why  some people are fond of painting their engine green, kinda like John Deere tractor color, maybe because green means recycle, and they are recycling and restoring their minis, making one with nature kinda thing. What a logic !! Lol
Well anyway , hope you get the answers you want in this thread, some people will chime in a little while and give advices... cheers!

I' VE GONE TO SEVERAL AUTO SHOWS AND QUESTIONED OWNERS OF MID '60S MINI COOPERS ABOUT THE COLOR OF THIER CARS. TWO CARS WERE PAINTED IN A PALE PEA GREEN (THE BEST DECRIPTION I CAN MAKE) THAT THE OWNERS SAID IS ALMOND GREEN. SEVERVAL RESTORATION GUIDE BOOKS SHOW ALMOND GREEN AS A MEDIUM DARK GREEN THAT LOOKS SIMILAR TO THE DARK GREEN ON A MODERN MINI. WERE  THERE TWO DIFFERENT ALMOND GREENS USED DURING THE 1960'S? I'M MAKING A 1/24 SCALE MODEL OF THE BMC "TWINI" (THE TWIN ENGINED MINI ENTERED IN THE 1963 TARGA FLORI0) AND THE OLD ENGLISH CARS SERIES MAGAZINE HAS A COLOR PHOTO OF THIS CAR AND IT APEARS TO BE A MID PALE GREEN (ALMOST A MILITARY GREEN). THIS CAR WAS CONVERTED FROM A REGULAR AUSTIN MINI SO COULD IT HAVE BEEN PAINTED A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE MID 60'S MINI COOPERS? ARE PAINT CHIPS AVAILABLE OF THE BMC ENGINE GREEN (MOG GREEN?) OR A RECOMMENDED MODEL PAINT OR FS NUMBER? I REALIZE THIS QUESTION ISN'T ABOUT FULL SCALE CARS BUT I'M CURIOUS ABOUT THESE COLORS. I'D ALSO PAY FOR SOMEONE RESTORING A FULL SIZE MID 60'S MINI ENGINE TO SPRAY A SMALL PIECE OF METAL OR PLASTIC WITH THE "MOG GREEN" ENGINE PAINT.
