I have had good luck epoxying a fairly large piece of sheet aluminum flat on the inside surface with the new tab fabricated at the edge of the aluminum, I have a 90 town car with 10" plastic centers, that you can't buy

In search of Austin Rover hubcap. Just broke a tab off mine and it won't stay on now.
