Reading in Forbes, one of the side effects of the gov't not raising the debt ceiling is federal spending might be reduced in a partial shutdown of agencies.  It says import and export might be effected, and that could delay your plans if you're shipping in or out of the USA. 


April 29th is the date the dept ceiling must be voted on I think. Just might want to wait and see.
