Download the PDF linked below and read it over a few times.

The odometer wheel problems can sometimes be addressed by thoroughly cleaning the wheels, the gears between them, and the arbor on which they are mounted.

If you choose to work on the speedo, do so in a clean, well lit area and work on a white tablecloth or sheet so you don't lose any parts.  Take photographs during the process so you will have a record of where everything goes.

Hello all my mini friends, I'm looking for some internal parts for my mk3/4 mini. its a standard 100mph/150km/h. speedo. when the odometer gets to the .9 it wont roll over to zero for 1 or 2 miles. Then it works for a few miles and the cycle repeats. Sorry its upside down.
